Western Ville 1892 CF was created by Joel Ramirez. 

Joel currently serves in the Army National Guard, Works locally in Frederick and a father of two young boys.

Joel plans to bring a great foundation to the area of Walkersville and Frederick County with the game of soccer. 

Western Ville CF is trying to build not just a team but a family within our community with soccer by bringing a Men's Team to compete at a high level then eventually bring Youth age and Women who are currently in a tough situation or a few steps away from quitting to take a moment, join our movement as a soccer team and love the game again by wearing our colors and fighting each game as a warrior!

Western Ville 1892 CF the name itself came from many reasons, the word “ Ville “ in French means “ City “ “ Town “but its true meaning is “ Farm “ or  “ Village”. The Western portion of the name comes from Frederick as Frederick is a gateway to Western Maryland because of its mountains views.

The Town of Walkersville truly brings the team name together as it is the “ Ville “ of the county, with its farms and wonderful “ back roads “ and land.
